About This Role

📝 Job Description: As a Business Development Manager at Mobrilz, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through sales of our digital services including Mobile Applications, Web Development, and Digital Marketing solutions. Your understanding of IT services and ability to close deals will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the IT services sector.

  • Pitch services such as mobile app development, website design/development, and digital marketing (SEO, SMO, PPC).

  • Meet prospective clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

  • Drive lead generation efforts through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

  • Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements

  • ✅ Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in core IT sales (especially mobile apps and web solutions).

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMO, PPC, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in preparing and delivering client presentations and proposals.

  • Comfortable with client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups.

  • Ability to multitask and manage client accounts effectively.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software is a plus.

Additional Information

🌟 Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Sales Tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Digital Garage).
