Our transparent policy regarding project cancellations and refunds

In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a considerate cancellation & refund policy. This policy ensures transparency and fair treatment for all parties involved in our software development and digital services.
Milestone-Based Development: We plan each project by dividing work into clear, manageable milestones to ensure quality and accountability.
Thorough Discovery Phase: All projects begin with a complete discovery/analysis and creation of a detailed scope of work document.
Mutual Understanding: This process ensures both parties have a complete understanding of the work required, eliminating the potential for project cancellations, reversals, or disputes.
As time and resources are invested to achieve every milestone and complete every module, refunds are not possible for work already completed.
In the event of a project terminated on a mutual basis, the client retains control of all completed work, and any payment for further development becomes void.
No previous payment or deposit will be refunded once work has been initiated on that phase or milestone.
No payment will be refunded once the client approves mockup designs and we move into the development phase of the project.
There are no partial refunds for projects midway through a milestone phase.
Limited-Time Offers: No cancellations are entertained for services offered by our marketing team on special occasions, as these are limited-time offers with special pricing.
SEO and Digital Marketing: SEO and digital marketing packages are non-refundable, but clients may cancel future services with a written notice 30 days in advance.
Dormant Projects: We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 30 days due to client delays or non-responsiveness.
Initial Payment: All projects require an initial payment to commence work, which is non-refundable once work has begun.
Milestone Payments: Payments for each milestone are due before work begins on that milestone and become non-refundable once work commences.
Delivery & Acceptance: Upon completion of each milestone, clients are given a review period to request reasonable revisions within the scope of work. After acceptance or expiration of the review period, that milestone is considered complete.
