Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Research: Identify and target potential clients in the IT services sector, focusing on international markets.
• Client Engagement: Understand project requirements and client needs, and communicate effectively to gather detailed specifications for web, mobile app development, and digital marketing services.
• Proposal Preparation: Create comprehensive and customized project proposals based on client requests for proposals (RFPs) and project briefs.
• Follow-up & Communication: Engage with leads through consistent follow-up emails, calls, and meetings, maintaining clear communication throughout the sales process.
• Client Database Management: Maintain and update client databases using CRM systems or Excel, ensuring all interactions are recorded for future reference.
• Sales Reporting: Provide weekly reports detailing sales activity, lead progress, and insights on market trends.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with international clients, maintaining regular contact to secure ongoing business.
• Minimum 6 Months of experience in a Business Development or Sales role within the IT Services industry (web development, mobile app development, or digital marketing).
• Solid understanding of IT services and the ability to translate technical requirements into compelling business proposals.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Proven track record in converting prospects into clients, and managing long-term relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
